Thank you and your staff i.e. Miza, Kasmah, Rokiah etc. for looking after my mother, Mdm Wee Siew Khim. She was extremely happy in your care, so much so that I hope to let her stay in your home next year. It is a very big decision for me so I have to really think hard before I commit. I know all the details about payments and all from Mrs. Elizabeth Lee which I’m satisfied. I will keep you posted if a decision has been made.
Thank you all once again for being so nice to my mum.

My wife, her siblings and I would like to express our appreciation of the excellent nursing care, constant and close attention that were accorded by all your staff to my mother-in-law, the late Madam Loo Foon Yong.
Although she was in your centre for barely a month, the standard of care that she received far surpassed that experienced by her in the previous geriatric centre where she was an inpatient for almost 7 years. This speaks volumes for the dedication shown by your staff nurse, Jamaah, and all the staff of your centre.
We must also acknowledge the help that was extended personally by you and Miss Teh. You have shown great understanding in accommodating our various request especially the use of a room for all of us to offer our prayers to my mother-in-law for 11 hours after she passed away. These are critical Buddhist rites that should be observed before the actual funeral ceremony.
Although your centre is new, it is clear that you and your staff have started it on a solid footing. The dedication and commitment shown by everyone in your centre are indeed exemplary.
We wish your centre every success and once again, many thanks to all of you.
